Why do I need tenant credit checks?
Tenant credit checks allow landlords to let their property sure of several things – that the tenant is who they say they are by establishing:

- Identity – using credit agreements, court data, electoral roll
- Residency – using credit agreements, court data, electoral roll
In addition to verifying identity and residency, our credit checks also play a crucial role in ensuring the financial stability of potential tenants. This includes assessing their ability to afford the rental costs of the property, as evidenced by the following checks:
- Adverse Data – any bankruptcies, insolvencies or CCJs

How are tenant credit checks undertaken?
